Shipping policy

Domestic delivery

All domestic orders within The Netherlands are shipped with track and trace for €7,65.

International delivery

All orders to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom are shipped with track and trace for €19,50.

All orders to any other countries in Europe are shipped with track and trace for €25,00.

General delivery information

We handle your order with care and make sure the products are well packed to ensure all orders will arrive safely. Once an order has been processed, you will receive an email with a link that enables you to track and trace your order. We do not take responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. 

Orders are processed within 5-7 days when in stock. Please note that most products are made by order and therefore have a production time. Information about stock will be available on the productpage. 

General shop returns policy

Products bought at our store may be returned within 14 days. The refund will only be applicable for the returned goods. All returned items must be unused, complete with original packaging.
